Students aged 16+ can apply for a training programme with Wiltshire Council, gaining qualifications while doing paid, flexible work as a swim instructor.
Students benefit from regular work experience and transferable skills, as well as nationally recognised qualifications.
Please note that students who cannot make a 2 year commitment will need to pay back the cost of their training.
